Condyne, Wesport Capital Partners Acquire 450,000-SF Brookwood Business Center

Braintree, MA-based Condyne Capital Partners has teamed up with a fund managed by Wilton, CT-based Westport Capital Partners to acquire the Brookwood Business Center at 101 Billerica Ave. in Billerica, MA from Brookwood Financial Partners. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
