The Bixby Fetches $22.5 Million in Haverhill

Making its initial investment in the Boston market, Blackfin Real Estate Investors of Arlington, VA, in its first joint venture with True North Management Group out of White Plains, NY, purchased The Bixby apartment community in Haverhill, MA from Boston Andes Capital and William Braucher for $22.5 million, or approximately $176,000 per unit.
