Capital Properties, a privately-owned investor and developer with ongoing and completed projects in Boston, New York and Washington, D.C., secured a $47 million bridge loan for the Gardiner Building and Custom House Block building located on Long Wharf in Boston.

David Krasnoff and Michael Buckley of the Avison Young Capital Markets team arranged the financing on behalf of the borrower.
