Co-working in Boston Doesn’t Just Mean WeWork

Co-working has fully arrived in Boston.

Co-working tenants lease more than 2.6 million square feet across the metro, with 1.5 million square feet signed since 2016. While giants like WeWork have leased more than 700,000 square feet, many other groups are taking large blocks of space, often in places you might not expect.
