Forest City Realty Trust and Madison International Realty Acquire Assets at University Park at MIT

Forest City Realty Trust has brought in Madison International as a joint venture partner in the company’s interest in five properties at University Park at MIT in Cambridge, MA, in a deal valued at $302 million.
