Shiseido Cosmetics signed a seven-year sublease for 21,260 square feet in the 1400 Building at One Kendall Square in Cambridge, MA.
The five-story building totals about 129,220 square feet within Kendall Square Park, a nine-building, century-old campus offering office, biotech/lab, retail and storage space. The building was originally constructed in 1893 but was renovated in the late 1990’s, according to Costar information.
