Gazit Horizons, Inc. has paid nearly $1,581 per square foot to acquire the vacant two-story retail building at 467 Washington St. in downtown Boston from local firm, Frazer Holdings.
Formerly home to Liberty Travel, the 10,500-square-foot building delivered in 2014 across from the MBTA-Downtown Crossing station and half a block south of the Orpheum Theatre and a Filene’s Department Store in the city’s financial district.
