WeWork Leases +97,000 SF at Congress Square

WeWork has committed to the Congress Square project in downtown Boston, agreeing to a lease for 97,494 square feet across four floors in the 16-story, 365,000-square-foot office building slated for completion next quarter.

The Class A building at 40 Water Street was constructed in 1908, and is currently undergoing renovations led by Related Beal, a real estate firm focused on developments and investments within Boston.
