Charlotte-Based Investor Buys Davis Square in Somerville for $39 Million

Charlotte, North Carolina-based investment firm Asana Partners purchased Davis Square, a 46,276-square-foot mixed-use development in Boston suburb Somerville for $39 million, or about $843 per square foot.

Asana Partners acquired the property from West Roxbury, Massachusetts-based Charles River Realty Group, which originally acquired the property in 2011, according to CoStar group.

Charles River recently completed $7 million in capital improvements…
