Sean Kenealy

President and Owner, Key Realty

Sean Kenealy is president and owner of Key Realty, a family-run commercial real estate firm founded in 1974. The Quincy-based company offers commercial real-estate sales, leasing, and consulting services on the South Shore and in greater Boston.

Driven by a team-based philosophy, Sean partners with landlords and tenants, corporations and independent business owners, developers, government officials, and neighborhood associations to create solutions that benefit everyone. He is known for listening to his clients and navigating local dynamics to enrich communities block by block.

As a five-time CoStar Power Broker Award winner, Sean consistently ranks among the top local brokers for sales and leasing. He particularly enjoys helping small- and mid-sized business owners find suitable space as their companies grow over the long term. Born in Boston and raised on the South Shore, Sean also has been actively involved in the Quincy Center redevelopment project since its inception.

Sean serves on the boards of the South Shore Chamber of Commerce and the South Shore Economic Development Board, and he is a trustee of the Quincy College Trust. He is past-president of the South Shore Association of Young Professionals, a former vice president of the Quincy Center Business and Professional Association, and a former board member of Manet Community Health Center.

Sean graduated from Curry College in Milton and completed Boston University Metropolitan College’s real estate studies certificate program and Quincy College’s leadership program.

A resident of Cohasset, Sean enjoys sailing, skiing, fishing, and golfing with his family: wife Debbie, children Joseph, Conor, and Katie, and golden retriever Molly. He also serves on the Cohasset Sailing Club board of directors, the Cohasset Lightkeepers’ Trust and the Cohasset Harbor committee
