Foundation Medicine, Inc., a cancer diagnostics company, agreed to sublease 53,455 square feet from bluebird bio., Inc. in Foundation’s corporate headquarters building at 150 Second St. in Cambridge, MA.

The three-story building totals 123,210 square feet. Skanska Commercial developed the property in 2011 and sold it to Alexandria Real Estate Equities in 2013, according to CoStar information.
