Covenir Picks The Guaranty Bldg. in Downtown Worcester for New Office

Covenir, a Chicago-based company that supports insurance companies in various backroom functions, signed a new lease for 15,475 square feet in the Guaranty Building at 370 Main St. in downtown Worcester, MA.

The 12-story Guaranty Building totals 193,932 square feet near I-290, the MBTA0Worcester & union station and Amtrak-Worcester station in the Worcester Metro submarket.. Covenir will move into the fifth floor next quarter, joining such tenants…
