Kelly MacLean has joined Vantage Builders as director of operations.

MacLean’s responsibilities at the Waltham, MA-based general contracting and construction firm will consist of creating, applying and reviewing the operational efficiency, cost control management and internal workings of the firm.

MacLean previously worked at Liberty Construction where she served as COO and established the firm’s West Coast division.
