Foreign Investor Purchases 311 Summer St. in Boston’s Seaport

Qatar-based Alduwaliya acquired 311 Summer St. in Boston’s Seaport District from ADD for $38.5 million, or about $672 per square foot.

The seven-story, 57,225-square-foot office building was constructed in 1911. Renovated in 2008, the building is majority leased to ADD, an architectural firm and subsidiary of Stantec Consulting.
