LodgeWorks acquired a 2.94-acre site within Nordblom Co.’s 3rd Ave. Burlington mixed-use development in Burlington, MA where the company plans to develop a 147-room Archer Hotel.
The proposed four-story boutique hotel will be located at the corner of Third Ave. and Middlesex Turnpike within Burlington’s office corridor and in close proximity to I-93/Route 28 and roughly 12 miles northwest of downtown Boston.
