Gramercy Property Trust Snaps Up 450,000-SF Potpourri Littleton Facility for Nearly $40 Million

New York City-based Gramercy Property Trust (NYSE: GPT) has acquired Potpourri Group’s 450,000-square-foot build-to-suit in the Littleton Distribution Center in Littleton, MA from Colony Capital for $39.75 million, or approximately $88 per square foot.

A multi-brand retailer headquartered in nearby North Billerica, Potpourri Group signed a long-term lease to utilize the sits as a key regional fulfillment hub.
