Lexington, MA-based Jamsan Hotel Management acquired the Magnuson Hotel Framingham in Framingham, MA and an adjacent free-standing commercial building home to the British Beer Company restaurant from Richard Realty for $23.65 million.
The 182-room hotel and 6,863-square-foot restaurant are located at 130 and 120 Worcester Rd., respectively, across from Shoppers World and down the street from Natick Mall in Boston’s Framingham/Natick submarket.
