Boyd/Smith Secures $265 Million Refinancing for 509-Unit Community in Boston’s Back Bay

Boyd/Smith has secured $265 million in debt financing for its 508-unit Church Park multifamily and retail complex located in Boston’s Back Bay.

The Class A building was constructed in 1973 at 189-279 Massachusetts Ave. and 15-35 Westland Ave. across from the Christian Science Plaza with several renovations and updates carried out through the years. It consists of a 12-story building and a six-story building with 540 parking spaces.
