Nordblom Co. and Rubenstein Partners’ new office project is a go after the Boston Redevelopment Authority voted in approval of the roughly 235,000-square-foot office development slated to go up at 321 Harrison Ave. in Boston.
Nordblom and Rubenstein will construct an eight-story building on the site the venture purchased along with the neighboring building at 1000 Washington St. in January 2015 for $75 million.
