Four State Town Village Senior Housing Portfolio Sold for $180M

Garrison Investment Group, Grand Park Capital Management and Focus Healthcare Partners have sold the Town Village Portfolio, comprised of four independent living facilities totaling 818 age-restricted units, to a joint-venture between Chicago Pacific Founders and Fortress Investment Group LLC for $180 million, or about $220,000 per door.
