Gebsco Realty acquired the School at Lower Mills at 40 River St/ in Mattapan, MA from Urban Capital Partners. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The complex is comprised of 62 apartments, with a mix of one- and two-bedroom units, across two garden-style buildings. One of the buildings was a former schoolhouse in the 1850’s that was converted and the other building was recent constructed.
