Several new and existing tenants have signed long-term leases totalling slightly more than 87,000 square feet at One and Three Burlington Woods in Burlington, MA.

Philips Color Kinetics, an LED lighting systems and technologies innovator, signed the largest deal, agreeing to a renewal and expansion to 59,326 square feet at Three Burlington.
