TA Realty, on behalf of a separate account relationship with a state pension fund, has acquired Hanover at Vinnin Square at 330 Paradise Rd. in Swampscott, MA from The Hanover Co. for $67 million, or approximately $364,130 per unit.
The Hanover Co. completed construction last September on the 184-unit, four-story apartment building in suburban Boston’s Marblehead submarket.
