Lowe Enterprises Investors Nets Pair of Residence Inns in Suburban Boston

Lowe Enterprises Investors (LEI), a Los Angeles-based real estate investment management firm, acquired the 125-suite Residence Inn Boston Framingham and the 96-suite Residence Inn Boston Norwood Canton in Massachusetts, from Hersha Hospitality Trust.

The deal totals 173,034 square feet and includes 275 Norwood Park South and 400 Staples Drive. Both hotels were completely renovated in 2013 and 2014.
