Linear Retail Properties Secures $34.5M Financing for Cambridge Shopping Center

Linear Retail Properties secured $34.5 million in first mortgage financing for the Alewife Brook Parkway Shopping Center located at 211 Alewife Brook Pky. in Cambridge, MA.

The 47,004-square-foot shopping center was renovated in 2009 and is anchored by Trader Joe’s and CVS. Other tenants at the fully leased shopping center include TD Bank, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Mattress Firm, Sav-Mor Spirits, Genki Ya and T-Mobile.
