Colony Realty Partners Buys 238,000-SF Facility in Myles Standish Industrial Park

Colony Realty Partners acquired the 238,846-square-foot industrial facility at 275 John Hancock Rd. in Taunton, MA from Exeter Property Group for $24.4 million, or approximately $102 per square foot.

Anchored by a 104,135-square-foot Petco, the multi-tenant distribution center delivered in 2001 within the Myles Standish Industrial Park located south of I-495 in the Attleboro/New Bedford Industrial submarket.
