Medipower Public Co., a Cyprus-based developer, acquired the 73,000-square-foot Stoughton Town Center in Stoughton, MA from Winstanley Enterprises LLC for an undisclosed amount.
The recently renovated shopping center was built in 1981 at 638 Washington St. in the Route 24 submarket. The center is anchored by Price Rite and Rite Aid, according to CoStar information.
