Saxon Partners sold two freestanding single-tenant retail buildings in Nashua, NH to Linear Retail Properties for $12.5 million, or approximately $458 per square foot.
The deal totals 27,277 square feet and includes both 4 E. Spit Brook Rd. and 232 Daniel Webster Highway. The two locations are occupied by Old Navy and Burger King, respectably.
