Novaya Snaps Up 400,000-SF Office Complex in Concord

300 Baker Ave., a 413,415-square-foot, three-story office building home to the headquarters of Avention, Lexia Learning Systems and Welch Foods, has traded hands in Concord, MA.

Novaya Real Estate Ventures, a Boston-based property investment firm, paid $63.5 million, or about $154 per square foot, to Normandy Real Estate Partners for the Class A building completed in 1957 off the Concord Turnpike in suburban Boston.
