Intercontinental Completes Deal for Cambridge Office Bldg.

Boston-based Intercontinental Real Estate Corp. has acquired the office building at 1000 Massachusetts Ave. in Cambridge, MA from Cambridge College. The 105,062 square foot building was purchased for $69.5 million from Cambridge College.

The 105,062-square-foot, four-story office building was completed in 1982 between Harvard and Kendall Square, and has 192 structured parking spaces two levels below the building. It is fully occupied by three…
