Clarion Partners Buys Brookside Shops in Acton for $33.5 Million

New York City-based Clarion Partners has acquired Brookside Shops at 145-149 Great Rd. in Acton, MA from TIAA Global Asset Management for $33.5 million, or about $442 per square foot.

Brookside Shops is 75,781-square-foot lifestyle shopping center fully leased to a tenant roster that invludes Talbot’s, Pier 1, and anchor tenants Trader Joe’s and Staples.
