Chevron Partners Pays $14 Million for Cambridge Office Bldg.

Chevron Partners, a Boston-based property investment firm, acquired a two-story Bank of America Building in Cambridge, MA from Rink Realty for $14 million, or about $656 per square foot.

The office building delivered in 1910 at 727 Massachusetts Ave. It totals 21,288 square feet and is anchored by Bank of America, InTeahouse and Dimensional Insight.
