AEW Raises $600 Million for Third Senior Housing Fund

AEW Capital Management held final close on AEW Senior Housing Investors III (SHI III) with commitments totaling $500 million. SHI III also closed on a separate $100 million of additional client co-investment for a total capital raise of $600 million.
