Boston Properties Secures $40.4 Million Financing for Clark Americas U.S. HQ in Waltham

The Boston Capital Markets Group for Colliers International closed a financing deal for $40.4 million on behalf of Boston Properties. The loan is secured at a 15-year fixed-rate for the corporate U.S. headquarters of Clarks Americas, Inc. located at the “1265 Main” project, 60 Tower Rd. in Waltham, MA.
