Lisciotti Development, Inc. secured $33.5 million in financing for the company’s Orchard Hill Park shopping center at 56-76 Orchard Hill Park Dr. in Leominster, MA.
Lisciotti developed the 190,000-square-foot regional center in 2005 on a 19.3-acre site along Route 2 and roughly two miles west of downtown Leominster, a northwest suburb of Boston.
Orchard Hill Park is currently 98% leased with Kohl’s, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Dick’s Sporting Goods…
