Reilant Medical Group Foundation Buys 5 Neponset Street in Worcester

Reliant Medical Group Foundation acquired 5 Neponset St. in Worcester, MA from Simon Property Group for $10.25 million, or about $86 per square foot.

The four-story, 120,000-square-foot office building was built in 1987 in the Worcester Metro submarket.
