Reliant Medical Group Foundation Buys 5 Neponset St. in Worcester

Reliant Medical Group Foundation, the largest independent, multi-specialty medical group in Central and MetroWest Massachusetts, acquired 5 Neponset St. in Worcester, MA from Simon Property Group for $10.25 million, or about $86 per square foot.

The four-story, 120,000-square-foot office building was built in 1987 in the Worcester Metro submarket. The new owner will occupy the building for medical and office use.
