Office Lease Up (April 3) Amazon Leases 214,000-SF Spec Development in East Palo Alto

Amazon (NYSE: AMZN) has signed a lease to fully occupy The Sobrato Organization’s new 214,052-square-foot speculative development at 2100 University Ave. in East Palo Alto, CA.

Devcon Construction completed work this past December on the four-story, Korth Sunseri Hagey Architects-designed office complex, which sits on the corner of University Ave. and Donohoe St. just off US-101 in the Menlo Park-East/EPA submarket.
