Synergy-Led Venture Snaps Up Center Plaza in Boston for $365 Million

Synergy Investments has closed on its largest acquisition to date after the locally-based full service real estate investment and operating company partnered with GreenOak Real Estate out of New York City to acquire Center Plaza in downtown Boston for $365 million, or approximately $509 per square foot.
