Two tenants leased a total of 70,000 square feet in the office building at 35 Parkwood Dr. in Hopkinton, MA.

Illinois Tool Works, a diversified manufacturer of specialized industrial equipment, leased roughly 44,000 square feet, while Prism HR took approximately 26,000 square feet.

The three-story, 159,796-square-foot property was constructed in 1988 with renovations completed in 1996. It is one of three buildings in Elmwood Park.
