Berkshire Sells Largest Apt. Complex in Norwood After Decade of Ownership

Berkshire Property Advisors has sold the largest apartment complex in Norwood, MA to Braintree, MA-based property management company John M. Corcoran & Co. and institutional investor for a reported purchase price of $199 million, or approximately $218,000 per unit.
