Bunker Hill Community College Leases 25,000 SF in Chelsea

Bunker Hill Community College signed a lease for 25,000 square feet in the office building at 70 Everett Ave. in Chelsea, MA.

The five-story building totals 91,000 square feet. The property is managed by Simboli Properties.

The new addition to the four-building campus will provide four times as many parking spaces for students and is a short distance from several bus stations and the Chelsea train station.
