Cushman & Wakefield Taps Maloney to Lead Valuation & Advisory Group’s CBD Office Practice

Cushman & Wakefield has hired Rob Maloney, MAI to head up its office practice in downtown Boston as a member of the firm’s valuation and advisory platform.

Maloney comes to Cushman & Wakefield after 15 years with Joseph J. Blake & Associates where he served as a director within the company’s New England regional office.
