KS Partners Enters Into JV Partnership with Contrarian Capital to Recap 1 Million-SF Andover Office Campus

KS Partners has entered into a joint venture partnership with Contrarian Capital Management to recapitalize the one million-square-foot Andover Landing at Brickstone office campus in Andover, MA for $90 million.

Andover Landing totals 1,006,657 square feet across three buildings located at 100-400 Brickstone Square at the I-495/Route 28 interchange in suburban Boston’s Lawrence/Andover submarket.
