Office Lease Up (October 2) Amazon Selects Manhattan for 360,000-SF Location at 5 Manhattan West

Amazon signed a 15-year office lease for 360,000 square feet in the 5 Manhattan West building at 450 W. 33rd St. in New York City.

The recently-renovated Brookfield Properties’ building stands 16 stories tall totaling more than 2.15 million square feet. The building is home to multiple tenants including J.P. Morgan Chase, R/GA, Markit Group and Brookfield.
