Harbor Group International Lands Westborough Apts. in $75 Million Deal

Harbor Group International expanded its Northeast holdings after the real estate investment and management firm out of Norfolk, VA, finalized a deal with The DSF Group to buy Halstead Westborough in suburban Boston for $75 million, or nearly $271,000 per unit.

The DSF Group paid $63.5 million back in January 2015 to acquire the 280-unit, mid-rise apartment complex located at 1 Homestead Blvd. in Westborough, MA’s Route 9 Corridor.
