A new transit-oriented apartment complex is coming to Walpole, MA, after Corcoran Management Co. acquired a 2.5-acre tract next to the MBTA-Walpole Station for the site of the future development.
Corcoran, a residential management firm headquartered in nearby Braintree, MA, paid $9.77 million to The Manzo Co. for the parcel at 100 Elm St. The tract was divided from a larger parcel with pre-existing office buildings.
