MetLife Investment Management finalized a deal to acquire a newly-redeveloped creative office building in Needham, MA, for $96.5 million, or nearly $390 per square foot.

The two-story, 247,542-square-foot property at 89 A St. houses the global headquarters of SharkNinja, a designer and manufacturer of cleaning and kitchen appliances. The company consolidated four locations in Needham and Newton, MA, to the industrial-turned-creative office building…
