After 28 years on Summer St., New England law firm Burns & Levinson will relocate its downtown Boston offices a half-mile away to the High Street Tower at 125 High St. in the city’s financial district.

The firm agreed to a 15-year lease for 102,969 square feet in the 30-story, 980,347-square-foot tower home to Wells Fargo, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt and GID Investment Advisors, among others.
