Investment firm KS Partners LLC purchased the six-story Boston Post Road Corporate Center in Boston suburb Marlborough for $16.4 million, or about $85 per square foot.
The Woburn, Massachusetts based company acquired the office building, located at 293 Boston Post Road W., from a joint venture between Lincoln Property Co. and Realty Financial Partners, which originally acquired the property in 2005, according to CoStar data.
